Draw disappoints Livermore

Tottenham youngster Jake Livermore was disappointed they failed to pick up all three points from Sunday's trip to Newcastle. The visitors twice led at St James' Park, but substitute Shola Ameobi snatched a late point for the Magpies. The draw meant Spurs remained in sixth spot in the table behind Liverpool and Livermore says the result felt more like a defeat.Tottenham created numerous chances in the game and Livermore thinks they need to be more clinical and put games to bed."As a team we've done well of late, we've been in a good run of form and that draw felt like a defeat," he told the club's official website."We had enough chances to bury the game. At 2-1, we had two or three great opportunities to put the game to bed, but these things happen."Livermore is enjoying a breakthrough season at White Hart Lane and the 21-year-old appreciates manager Harry Redknapp's faith in his ability."The manager has put a lot of trust in me this season and I appreciate that," he continued."I'm fortunate, I've had a good start to the season and so has the club. As I've always said, I just look forward to the next game now."
