Paul Clement named as Blackburn's assistant head coach

Kean on the move: Clement has joined RoversSteve Kean claimed a 'significant' victory in his battle to remain in charge at Ewood Park on Friday but admitted pressure was building to turn round Blackburn's fortunes.The Rovers manager unveiled former Chelsea and Fulham coach Paul Clement as his new No 2 on a rolling contract after returning from a club trip to India that included talks with owners Venky's.He insisted the appointment was an indication of continuing support from his  bosses but conceded  it wouldnot last  indefinitely if Blackburn continued to struggle.Kean said: 'If you're not winning, there is going to be criticism, but when I met the owners, they said, 'This is how we are going to go. We are not going to change, we are not going to shift'. 'There was no edge to it, nothing different from the normal meetings we have. We would like to be higher, and I think we should have at least another four points. They agreed.
