Johnson accepts rotation policy

Adam Johnson admits any player joining a big club such as Manchester City needs to learn to deal with a rotation policy. The England winger has started just three games this season, with more appearances coming from the substitutes' bench. But the former Middlesbrough man, who will be hoping to feature against Aston Villa on Saturday, insists that is the price you pay for being at a club with such big resources."If there are two games a week and you play in one, you have to be happy with that," said Johnson."It's the price of playing at such a big club. "Physically, you can't play every single game and if you want to win trophies, you have to play your part and give everything when called upon."Johnson is hoping he will see plenty of action in coming weeks, adding: "There are plenty of games coming up and we want to win every competition. "There will be a lot of chopping and changing as the season goes on."
