Orient off the bottom with winLeyton Orient dragged themselves off the foot of the League One table as they came from behind early in the second half to beat Scunthorpe 3-2.It was a second successive win for the Londoners and the second time they have done it having conceding first.Orient looked full of confidence in the early stages against a Scunthorpe side struggling again this season for home form.Dean Cox missed a great chance to put the visitors in front before former Orient loanee Andy Barcham opened the scoring for Scunthorpe after 31 minutes with a right-footed shot from the edge of the penalty area.It was tough luck on Russell Slade`s side but they almost levelled when a deflected shot from midfielder Matt Spring was tipped over at full stretch by keeper Sam Johnstone.There were only 45 second-half seconds on the clock when striker Kevin Lisbie raced through the home defence to squeeze a shot under Johnstone for the equaliser.Five minutes later he struck again to put Orient in front with a free header from a cross from skipper Steven Dawson.Centre-back Scott Cuthbert looked to have wrapped the game up for the visitors when he took advantage of some more sloppy home defending to make it 3-1 in the 68th minute, heading home a free-kick from Charlie Daniels.But just a minute later Barcham gave Scunthorpe some hope when he forced home his second of the game following a corner.
