Hibs hitman cleared by SFA

Hibernian striker Garry O'Connor has been cleared of alleged simulation in a Scottish Premier League game against St Johnstone. The case was heard on Thursday by the SFA's fast-track tribunal, who ruled that O'Connor did not dive to win a penalty in last Wednesday's 3-2 win.A statement from the SFA read: "The fast-track tribunal determined that the player was fouled and no simulation occurred."
