Waghorn targets win at Coventry

Hull striker Martyn Waghorn believes victory over Cardiff on Saturday would underline the club's Championship promotion credentials. Waghorn, 21, on loan from Leicester, struck his first goal for the Tigers in Tuesday night's 1-1 draw at Doncaster, which stretched their unbeaten league run to five matches and kept them sixth in the table.Waghorn said: "It would be good to score again on Saturday. It will be a tough game, but those are the games you have to win if you're looking at going up."It would also be great to keep this unbeaten run going into the international break. We just need to build on the positives from the first half on Tuesday night."I'm delighted to get off the mark. It's taken me three or four games, but it was a great team goal."
