Plenty of Forest connections for 'underdogs' Watford

Former Reds trainee Sean Dyche feels his old club are favourites for Saturday's televised game Both Watford and Nottingham Forest could do with taking three points in front of the cameras but Dyche, whose backroom team also includes ex-Reds Ian Woan and Tony Loughland, told the Watford Observer: "They are a massive club in this division and will have the resources and the current players who can challenge. “So it is another big game where we will be underdogs again.” If the home side are to triumph they will be looking to another former City Ground man, striker Joe Garner. He is surprised by his old club's slow start to the season, saying: “With the players they have brought in and the money they have spent – they have spent more than most Championship clubs – they will not be happy with the start but they are all quality players and I think they will turn it around, just hopefully not on Saturday.”
