Bateson absent for Bantams

Defender Bateson was sent off during the Carling Cup defeat to Nottingham Forest and will serve the final match of his three-game suspension.Fellow defender Matt Clarke was an unused substitute for the 2-0 midweek defeat to Lincoln following a thigh injury and may come into contention.However, Luke O'Brien overcame a knee injury to play the full 90 minutes against the Imps and should be okay to retain his place at the back.Midfielder Steve O'Leary missed out in midweek after his toe injury flared up before kick-off and is a doubt for the visit to Whaddon Road.
