Alexander calls for away success

The Silkmen kickstarted their campaign with a 2-0 success at Moss Rose on Tuesday to record their first win of the season. Alexander is looking for a repeat performance when his men make the short trip up the M6 to Lancashire. He said: "The Morecambe game will see us desperate to perform for the travelling supporters. "I've said to the players that it's no good winning at home if you are not performing away, so we need to go to Morecambe and get something, like we try to do every week."
