Man City keeper Costel Pantilimon granted work permit

Manchester City have been boosted by the news that Romanian keeper Costel Pantilimon has been granted a work permit ahead of the start of the season.The 24-year-old joins City as back-up to first-choice keeper Joe Hart after signing from FC Timisoara on loan.
