Black backs Hearts to make progress

Hearts midfielder Ian Black believes patience is the key to Thursday night's Europa League clash with Paks at Tynecastle. The Jambos drew 1-1 in the first leg of their third qualifying round in Hungary last week but were brought down to earth with a home defeat to Dundee United in the Clydesdale Bank Premier League yesterday.Despite that setback, Black is confident of progressing in Europe if the attitude is right. He told Hearts TV: "It has been a good start (to the season) but yesterday was a kick in the teeth."It was frustrating, I thought we deserved at least a point."But the gaffer will rally us round and get us ready for Thursday."We've got to pick ourselves up and get a win in front of the home fans."They (Paks) will have done their homework but we have done ours, and we know what they are about."The away goal is good for us but it's all about patience and how we go about it."But we will go in with the right attitude and I'm more than confident we can get the win."
