Craigan grabs testimonial winner
Motherwell captain Stephen Craigan enjoyed a dream testimonial as his penalty secured a 1-0 win over former side Partick Thistle on Wednesday. The Steelmen took on Craigan's only other senior club, Partick Thistle, to mark the Northern Irish International's 14-year run in North Lanarkshire.Skipper Craigan is in his second spell at Motherwell after initially arriving in 1994 before returning in 2003 after a three-year spell at Firhill.
