Driver on road to pro deal

West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has handed a first professional contract to Academy graduate Callum Driver. The 18-year-old full-back, who impressed for the Hammers' reserves last season, has joined fellow youngsters Jordan Spence and Callum McNaughton in committing his future to Upton Park."Obviously I want to play for West Ham's first team," he said."That was my aim from the start so it's one step up the ladder and I've got to push on from here."However, left-back Matt Fry may be heading for the exit door after revealing on Twitter that he has been left out of the club's pre-season tour of Switzerland.
