Nikola Kalinic is now a Blackburn Rovers player following the club's announcement that they have been granted a work permit for the striker.
The 21-year-old's agent recently revealed a deal, believed to be worth an initial £6million, had been agreed for the former Hajduk Split player.
Rovers have now successfully obtained international clearance, allowing Kalinic to complete his move to Ewood Park.
A statement on the club's official website read: "Rovers are pleased to announce that they have been successful in their application for a work permit for Hajduk Split striker Nikola Kalinic."
The Croatia international was also a target of Portsmouth, but a move to Fratton Park collapsed.
