Fergie taking care over Hernandez

Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed Manchester United are having to treat Javier Hernandez with special care in order to guide him through his debut Premier League campaign. When Ferguson abandoned his normal habit of giving players extended time off following World Cup duties to get Hernandez used to his new team-mates on their summer tour of the United States, little can he have imagined the impact the little Mexican would have. A recent scoring burst of nine goals in 15 games has taken Hernandez to 16 for the season, 10 of which have come in the league. "Javier has had a fantastic season," Ferguson told US-based satellite station Sirius XM. "We are just keeping an eye on him because he played in the World Cup last year and this is his first season in the Premier League. "We are trying to keep him as fresh as we possibly can for the important games we have coming up."
