Burge on the bench

Oxford boss Chris Wilder could add new signing Ryan Burge to his squad for the home game against Crewe. The 22-year-old has signed on loan from Doncaster, where he has made just one appearance this season, until the end of the season and looks set to be among the substitutes to face the Railwaymen. The Us boss has no fresh injury or suspension problems but is likely to make changes following the disappointing 2-1 defeat against Stevenage in midweek. Wingers Simon Hackney and Alfie Potter will be hoping for recalls after being dropped to the bench against Boro, while top scorer James Constable is pushing for a starting role. Damien Batt and Djoumin Sangare will also be hoping to earn places in the starting line-up to help plug a defence that not has kept a clean sheet in five games.
