Cherries: Dalla Valle completes Dean Court loan move

Cherries boss Lee Bradbury is confident loan signing Lauri Dalla Valle will provide him with valuable extra firepower. In the past few minutes, the Fulham star put pen to paper on an initial one-month deal at Dean Court, subject to Football League approval. The 19-year-old, who trained with his new team-mates at Canford School this morning, goes straight into the squad for tomorrow's League One home clash against Oldham Athletic (3pm). Bradbury revealed his new recruit had come highly recommended and that he possessed the attributes he had been hunting during his painstaking player search. He said: "He is quick, wants to run in behind and can stretch out the line for us. "He likes playing off a big man, has a very good work-rate and he is a good little finisher, so he can only be good for us. It is more firepower for me as well as more options. "He is a similar sort of build to Danny Ings, maybe with a bit of a thicker set. He is the type of player we had been looking for. "With the recommendations that have come from good people with good backgrounds, he should be a good asset for us." Bradbury had previously seen a loan bid to sign Middlesbrough frontman Jonathan Franks collapse when he suffered an injury in training with his parent club. The Cherries manager also missed out on West Bromwich Albion striker Simon Cox. FOR FULL REACTION AND MORE CHERRIES NEWS, SEE TOMORROW'S ECHO.
