Mignolet back in goal for Black Cats

SIMON Mignolet returns to Sunderland's starting line-up for this afternoon's Premier League game at Everton. The Belgian goalkeeper, who has not featured since mid-December, replaces Craig Gordon, who is struggling with a knee injury. In total, Black Cats boss Steve Bruce has made three changes from his side's last league game, a 2-1 defeat to Tottenham. Anton Ferdinand starts at right-back, with Nedum Onuoha absent because of a calf problem. Ahmed Elmohamady starts on the right of a five-man midfield, with Steed Malbranque dropping to the bench. Everton will start with Louis Saha and Jermaine Beckford in attack, but Tim Cahill, who has scored seven goals in 11 matches against Sunderland, is only named amongst the replacements.
