Boss Dougie Freedman lauded Darren Ambrose after the midfielder netted the only goal as Crystal Palace beat Sheffield United.
Ambrose earned the Eagles all three points courtesy of a sensational second-half goal, much to Freedman's delight.
"It was a great goal," said the former Palace striker.
"Injuries have held him back but it was only a matter of time before he started scoring goals like that now he's fit.
"The season was not going to be decided here, but it's a big three points."
