Wigan target Middlesbrough's Julio Arca to act as mentor for James McArthur

Roberto Martinez wants Middlesbrough midfielder Julio Arca to join his South American enclave at Wigan. Arca, 30, is out of contract in the summer and Martinez wants to add his experience to Wigan's midfield.
