David Beckham's move to Tottenham could backfire, says Les Ferdinand

Tottenham coach Les Ferdinand fears Harry Redknapp's push to sign David Beckham could lead to a dressing room split. Spurs currently occupy fourth spot and entertain league leaders Manchester United on Sunday, a win would silence doubters over their title credentials.  Redknapp hoped that the arrival of the 35-year-old from LA galaxy will inspire his players to push on for the league title, but Ferdinand fears it could cause a split.
