AN emotional Eddie Howe has, in the past few minutes, revealed he has a difficult decision to make over his future. The Cherries boss, speaking to the media after his team's fine 3-0 victory over Plymouth Argyle, hinted he had an offer on the table from another club. Howe has this week been heavily linked with a move to Crystal Palace, the 33-year-old understood to have held talks with the Selhurst Park outfit. Reports have also suggested Charlton Athletic are interested in the highly rated young manager. Howe said: I have a very, very difficult decision to make. This club the supporters, the players mean so much to me and I've got a decision to make over the next few days. It's one I know I have to make. It's not going to be easy. I want to be honest with people because I think they need to know. I've got to battle with myself and come to a decision which is right for everybody." Cherries' supporters made their feelings clear by chanting Howe's name throughout the match, his 99th as manager, before giving him a huge ovation as he applauded all sections of the crowd on his way off the pitch. He added: The supporters today were absolutely magnificent for me and for the players. I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me. That doesn't mean I'm going. It's just a thank you for today. It meant so much to me and my family, who were here. It will be a day, no matter what happens, that will live long in the memory. For further news on Eddie Howe's future and full match coverage, see Monday's Daily Echo.
