Joe Cole believes Bolton win proves Liverpool FC players are behind Roy Hodgson

Joe Cole 300JOE COLE believes Saturday's dramatic 2-1 victory over Bolton proves the Liverpool players are still united behind under-fire boss Roy Hodgson. The midfielder picked the perfect moment to grab his first Premier League goal for the Reds when he came off the bench to poke home a 92nd minute winner.A vital three points eased the pressure on Hodgson after miserable back to back league defeats had led to growing calls from fans for his dismissal.'We are all right behind the manager,' Cole insisted. 'We showed that today with our fight and togetherness.'There's been a lot of speculation but that's modern day football with all the ups and downs that surround it.'We all want to do well for this club and so does the gaffer. We're all behind him and we need to all stick together and push on from here.'We've got another massive game at Blackburn on Wednesday.'The Reds trailed at half-time to Kevin Davies' header before Fernando Torres volleyed home an equaliser and Cole struck late on.Cole insists it didn't take a rollicking from the boss to summon the second half fightback.'The manager was calm at the break,' Cole said.'He knows what he wants and the messages he gives us are always consistent.
