Gueida Fofana's move to Aston Villa is off, says Gerard Houllier

Aston Villa's hopes of signing France Under 19 captain Gueida Fofana appear to have been dashed.Fofana was in Birmingham this week with Villa hoping to complete a deal with Le Havre worth around £800,000, but the move has been put on ice for now after the player's wage demands scuppered the deal.Villa manager Gerard Houllier said: 'The Fofana deal is not done and I doubt it will be done.
