Nigel Clough has lined up a £1million deal for Burnley's Martin Paterson.Derby County's boss is hoping to do business with his former Nottingham Forest team-mate Brian Laws for the Northern Ireland international but Burnley are understood to want closer to £2m. Paterson was an integral part of Owen Coyle's squad that achieved promotion to the Barclays Premier League but the striker has found opportunities limited since Laws arrived last term.
