Exeter goalkeeper Andy Marriott is joining West Brom as assistant sporting director. The 39-year-old, who is also the League One side's general manager, will take up his post as No 2 to Dan Ashworth in January. 'We are always sad to see a player leave us and Andy is no different,' said Exeter manager Paul Tisdale.
