Ex-Real Madrid ace Guti allegedly charged with drink driving after car smash in Turkey

Besiktas midfielder Guti has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a road accident in Istanbul, according to reports.Guti lost control of his vehicle and crashed into an incoming bus around 4am Monday, according to the private Dogan news agency. No one was hurt in the accident. Dogan says the player was taken into police custody and fined for exceeding the alcohol limit. His driver's license was temporarily confiscated. Exile: Guti now plays for Besiktas in Turkey after 15 years at the BernabeuBesiktas confirmed the accident, saying the player was not hurt.
