Gabriel Agbonlahor warned about flexing his muscle by Aston Villa boss Gerard Houllier

Gabriel Agbonlahor heads into his favourite fixture tonight, with a warning from Gerard Houllier that getting fit in the gym will not fix his slump in form. The striker has come up with late winners twice for Aston Villa in derby clashes withBirmingham and, after a bout of illness, is likely to line up alongside John Carew at St Andrew's. But the Villa boss has told him to stop beefing up and concentrate on maintaininghis speed. 'He's shown that in terms of speed and goalscoring he has qualities of a high level,'said Houllier.
