Game On - Parker Out

Tonight's Carling Cup quarter final clash against Manchester United is poised to go ahead as planned this evening despite a flurry of snowfall overnight in East London. West Ham go into tonight’s clash with a little piece of confidence after overcoming Wigan at the Boleyn ground on Saturday but will be without their star performer Scott Parker. Parker is still feeling the effects of a chest infection and is unlikely to be risked with a Premiership trip to Sunderland on Sunday. Valon Behrami, Danny Gabbidon, James Tomkins and Freddie Piquionne have also all reported slight injuries and are rated as touch and go for tonights game.
