Swansea 1 Portsmouth 2: Loan star Greg Halford nets winner

Portsmouth are hoping to extend Greg Halford's loan at Fratton Park following his match-winner at high-flying Swansea. Halford has made a huge impact since joining the fallen Premier League outfit in October. He has got all the ability in the world, but he is only a young lad who just needs to play football. And fair play to him for coming to us because he could have sat at Wolves. 'Greg is starting to feel at home at the club, which is good.' Portsmouth had trailed to Craig Beattie's second-minute strike but David Nugent levelled two minutes before half-time with a calm finish.
