Hull want Newcastle defender Habib Beye to plug the gap

Hull manager Phil Brown is hoping to close a £2million deal forNewcastle full back Habib Beye when he returns from China this weekend. Brown is keen to improve his options after selling Sam Ricketts toBolton and has made a move for the 31-year-old Senegal defender.
