Saints announce Wilkins appointment

Wilkins, 47, made over 300 appearances for the Seagulls as a player and also featured for QPR and Leyton Orient. He enjoyed nearly two years in the hotseat at the Withdean before he was replaced by Micky Adams in May 2008.
