Cherries goalkeeper Shwan Jalal is set for an extended spell on the sidelines after suffering a fractured eye socket. Jalal sustained the injury during the closing stages of Cherries' 2-2 draw at Leyton Orient on Saturday. He was today due to see a consultant and was expected to discover he would require an operation. The 27-year-old is likely to be out for a minimum of six weeks should he have to undergo surgery. Deputy Jon Stewart will don the gloves for tonight's clash against Yeovil Town. Meanwhile, midfielder Marc Pugh is expected to be laid up for a fortnight after sustaining a gashed leg at Brisbane Road. He took 11 stitches to the wound after falling on a metal sprinkler.
