Crewe manager Dario Gradi has revealed goalkeeper Steve Phillips is available to leave the club on loan.
Phillips, 32, signed for the Alex in the summer on a free transfer after a successful loan spell from Bristol Rovers last campaign.
Yet he has still to make a first-team appearance this season after being sidelined early on with a shoulder injury, returning to find himself third choice behind Chelsea loanee Rhys Taylor and Polish stopper Bartek Fogler.
Gradi told the club`s official website: "He (Phillips) has been back in training for over a month, is fit and wants to play. I understand that and he needs to play. If he and his agent can sort out a club for him to join on loan then he can do so."
