Quakers to face Tamworth in FA Trophy

DARLINGTON have been drawn at home to fellow Blue Square Bet Premier side Tamworth in the first round of the FA Trophy. The Quakers, who beat Tamworth 1-0 at home in the league a fortnight ago, will entertain the Midlands club on the weekend of Saturday, December 11. Confirmation of the date and kick-off time, along with ticket details, will be announced shortly. Fellow North-Easterners Gateshead have also been handed a home draw against Southport. Blue Square Bet North side Harrogate Town are at home to Witton Albion or Telford United, while Blyth Spartans will entertain Fleetwood Town.
