Neymar ready to quit Santos - but Chelsea target eyes Juventus

Italian job: Neymar fancies a crack at Serie ABrazilian wonderkid Neymar has opened the door to a January move - but the longstanding Chelsea target insists he would rather join Juventus than the Londonders.The 18-year-old, who says Manchester United are also trailing him, snubbed the Barclays Premier League champions in August to sign a new contract that effectively tripled his wages at Brazilian side Santos. A change of heart means he is now ready to move to Europe this winter, but he would disappoint his English suitors again if he gets to choose. 'There are five big clubs interested in me: Juventus, Chelsea, RealMadrid, Manchester United and Inter Milan,' Neymar told La Gazzettadello Sport. 'The proposal that I like most is that from Juventus. They havegreat worldwide appeal. Inter have prestige. Ronaldo played there andhe is one of my idols, but I prefer Juventus. 'I say this without problems - I'd willingly wear the Bianconeri jersey.' Santos insisted in the summer they would not sell for less thanNeymar's release clause and that is believed to now stand at close to£40million as part of the new contract. But Neymar believes there isroom for manoeuvre. 'The club's officials have said that I'm not for sale,' he said.'But I don't think the same. This may be the right time to try theEuropean adventure.' Chelsea were prepared to pay £25m for him in the summer and offer awhopping £55,000 a week - £15,000 more than he currently earns.
