Moore seeking cup success

Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore is desperate for his side to shake off their dismal FA Cup record. The Millers travel to York for their first-round replay on Wednesday aiming for just their second win in the competition since they beat Southampton in 2002. They have gone out to non-league opposition at the first-round stage in two of the three last years and former managers Mick Harford, Alan Knill and Mark Robins all failed to win in the competition during their tenures. Moore told Press Association Sport: "It happens sometimes in the cup if things don't go well. You'll probably find us going into the third or fourth round in the next few years. Things even themselves out. "We want to do well in the FA Cup. It's been a long time since we have had a Premier League team. It's a good day out for everybody. "We've made it tougher for ourselves by only getting a draw in the first game but we're more than capable of going to York and getting a result."
