Oldham boss Paul Dickov has backed misfiring striker Warren Feeney to prove a success at Boundary Park.
The Northern Ireland international has yet to find the net since his summer arrival at the club but Dickov, who also played as a forward, is not overly concerned.
He said: "I have been there when things haven't happened for me and I have tried too hard. I feel for Warren who is frustrated at the moment because he knows there is so much more to come from him.
"It has been stop-start with a couple of injuries while he has also been away on international duty.
"We all know the quality Warren has and he will come good. I have no doubt about that."
