Kaboul happy to be back in action

Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul admitted he was delighted to return to action against Everton on Saturday. The former Portsmouth player made his first start in over a month and only his fifth appearance of the season as the improving Toffees held Spurs to a 1-1 draw at White Hart Lane.Kaboul, who lined-up alongside William Gallas in the heart of defence admitted that a point apiece was probably a fair result.Leighton Baines gave David Moyes' men the lead with a fine free-kick but Rafael van der Vaart levelled for a share of the spoils. The 24-year-old told the club's official website: "I was very happy to start the game, even though it was a bit difficult because I hadn't played for a month."I thought we did well defensively but we couldn't win. I thought 1-1 was a fair scoreline and now we have to concentrate and focus on the next game."They scored a great goal and we're lucky because we came back straight afterwards. That was important."We didn't doubt ourselves. We perhaps could have scored a second goal in the second half but we didn't and as I said, 1-1 was a fair result."
