Hughton signs Lincoln contract
The Republic of Ireland Under-19 international, son of former Tottenham defender and Newcastle caretaker manager Chris, was released by Spurs at the end of last season and has been training with the Imps since the League Two club returned for pre-season.
"I have been really pleased with Cian's attitude and I am delighted that he has agreed a six-month contract with us," said Lincoln boss Peter Jackson.
"He is young, keen, quick and enthusiastic and has settled in very well. He has now got a chance to go out there, work hard and earn himself a longer deal."
