Fulham want £9m Hull stopper Turner as Hangeland looks set for exit

Fulham are lining up an £9million bid for Hull's star defender Michael Turner. Hull boss Phil Brown and chairman Paul Duffen have held talks about whether to let the player go and have agreed that they will sell if the price is right. Fulham striker Bobby Zamora is set to be used as a makeweight in the deal. Brown values Turner at more than £8million. Everton and Sunderland have also been strongly linked with the centre back, arguably Hull's best player over the past two seasons when they have enjoyed a meteoric rise from being Championship strugglers.
