Craig Bellamy's move to Cardiff in the spotlight again following Dutch complaint

The controversial loan signing of Craig Bellamy by Cardiff City isunder fresh scrutiny after it emerged the club failed to pay Feyenoordan agreed sell-on transfer fee for Glenn Loovens. The Dutch club claim they are still waiting for a £350,000 fee afterLoovens, who joined Cardiff from Feyenoord in 2006 after a season onloan, was then sold to Celtic in 2008. Feyenoord, angered that Cardiff continued to sign players while thematter was unresolved, have lodged a complaint with FIFA who arepursuing the case through the Wales FA. That debt has since been settled and Cardiff claim the new owners are paying off bills from the old regime.
