urnley manager Brian Laws wants to offer striker Jay Rodriguez a new long-term contract in a bid to keep the talented youngster at Turf Moor. We spoke to him weeks ago about improving his contract."I said once we got this international break out of the way we will sit down with his agent and hopefully progress something with him because we want to keep him."He is young, he is a local boy and he loves the place.
