Skiverton "disgusted" with players

Yeovil manager Terry Skiverton admitted he was "disgusted" with some of his players and called for them to make amends for their poor recent performances. Exeter replicated the 3-1 Johnstone's Paint Trophy scoreline they recorded over Yeovil at the end of August, courtesy this time of a Richard Logan brace and a Ryan Harley effort. "We started okay," said Skiverton. "Deano (Dean Bowditch) had the chance with a one-on-one with the keeper but didn't take it. "At the other end it seemed we were wide open at times. Every week I seem to be taking responsibility for a heavy defeat but I am not going to stick up for the players. "We are working hard as a management team and the players really have to stand up. At the moment they are not doing that. We are conceding too many goals. As a centre-half myself I was disgusted with a couple of them. They have got to pull their fingers out now."
