Mujangi content with comeback

Wolves winger Geoffrey Mujangi Bia was pleased to take on Notts County but accepts he is still not in contention for league involvement. The Belgium international came on as a substitute as Mick McCarthy's team won their Carling Cup third-round match after extra-time on Tuesday.Mujangi's outing marked his comeback from a thigh injury, which had disrupted his loan stay at Molineux from RSC Charleroi, and so he was happy to be in action. "It was great for me to get back out there on Tuesday night and play at Molineux again," he told Wolves' official website."I played for the reserves last week but it's always nice to be involved with the first team."I only played 45 minutes for the reserves but played 60 for the first team with extra-time and physically I felt good."I'm certainly happy with that because it's been a long time since I've played a first-team game."But Mujangi acknowledges that he does not yet possess the match fitness to be competing in the Premier League. He added: "There's still a long way to go for me to be challenging for the first team in the league."I don't think I'm ready yet and I need to carry on working hard because I want to be 100 per cent so I'm able to contribute to the team."
