Bradford City secure deal for former England Under 21 midfielder Lee Hendrie

Bradford City have completed a short-term deal for former England Under 21 international Lee Hendrie. The experienced midfielder has been without a club following his release from Derby County at the end of last season but claims to have maintained his fitness levels with a series of arranged matches between family and friends. Hendrie, 33, played under current Bantams boss Peter Taylor during his time as a youth international and is hopeful that rekindling the relationship will restart his faltering career.
