Pienaar fit and eyeing Toon triumph

Everton midfielder Steven Pienaar now feels that he is back to full fitness and is ready to pull the Toffees up the Premier League table. The South African had been struggling with fatigue, having featured for his country as they hosted this summer's World Cup.But Pienaar thinks he is back to his best and he is focused on earning Everton a first league win of the season against Newcastle on Saturday. "When you come back for pre-season and join a team late you have to catch up," the star midfielder told his club's official website."When I went to the World Cup I was feeling tired but now I feel much better. "It is down to the players if they have the desire to push themselves the following season and I think all the players that came back have that desire to do well."He added: "It is up to the players mentally to go out on Saturday and start from scratch. "We need all three points. It is far too early to look at the table. The teams above us only have two or three points more than us. There have been a few slip-ups."Spurs, Man City and Liverpool have all dropped points and if we win on Saturday we will be back up there."We are just going to go into the game like all the other games - prepare well and make sure we get three points. We won't underestimate them and we will try to start the game well."
