Chelsea duo John Terry and Frank Lampard could make weekend West Ham crunch

John Terry and Frank Lampard could both be fit for this weekend's all-London clash with struggling West Ham.Both the Chelsea captain and vice-captain have been ruled out of England's Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Switzerland through injury.But coach Carlo Ancelotti has hinted that both players could be fit enough to play against the Hammers.
