Fletcher keen to replicate United form

Darren Fletcher has admitted he has not replicated his Manchester United form for Scotland - and he wants to put it right against Lithuania. Fletcher has established himself as one of United's most important players in recent seasons, but has struggled to make the same impact in a Scotland shirt. The midfielder is aware that his performances for the Premier League giants raise the level of expectation when he turns up for Scotland duty. And, ahead of the country's opening Euro 2012 qualifier against Lithuania on Friday, the 26-year-old is ready to shine for Scotland."There's no doubt that there's a situation just now where I'm playing better for United than I am for Scotland and that's something I want to put right," said Fletcher. "The expectations of me are high, but not so high that they're not reachable. "Maybe because they see my performances in a United shirt they expect the same with Scotland, but it's a different situation with different players. It's achievable, though."I know what the players in the Scotland team are capable of and what passes you can and can't play to different guys."My performance in Sweden was nothing spectacular. I wouldn't say I did anything bad, but it was a below average performance."
