Duo set for Cumbrians

Carlisle's deadline day loan signings Lubo Michalik and Ben Marshall are both in contention to start in the home clash with Swindon. The Cumbrians swooped for Leeds defender Michalik as a direct replacement for Ian Harte, who sealed a permanent move to Reading on Tuesday, while Stoke teenager Marshall gives manager Greg Abbott extra options up front. Abbott has also been boosted by the return to full training of forward Jason Price, who is hoping to make his first appearance of the season following a muscle tear. Defender Danny Livesey remains sidelined due to his long-term groin injury, but has returned to light training and hopes to be back in action in the autumn. Carlisle remain unbeaten in the league with two home wins and lie third in the table.
